Warrior's Prayer - The Gospel Album

We have been looking forward to releasing a gospel album for several years now and are very excited to announce that it is out! Our good friend and studio engineer Harold Prentice and our mom Val have been encouraging an all gospel project for quite a while, so they get a great deal of the credit for making the project happen. Also many of our friends and fans have encouraged and asked for a gospel album, and we thank them as well. Several of the songs on Warrior's Prayer came from earlier albums, but the greater number of songs on the album are new releases.

WestGrass

WestGrass

WestGrass is a powerful combination of bluegrass, western, Gospel and old time music. It features SBB's characteristic soulful instrumental work, strong arrangements and soaring vocals, and as its name suggests, is more western in flavor than SBB's other projects.

Captured Alive  (The CD )

Captured Alive

On December the 12th 2003, Sons and Brothers performed the second concert for their live CD project. Sitting (or standing rather) in the audience that fateful evening was the noted explorer and dentist, Ken Yadon. Armed and dangerous with a professional video camera, Doc Yadon filmed the concert, just for fun. Upon reviewing the film, it was decided that such a great time was had by all that a DVD of the concert was in order. After many long hours of post production work by Mike"Cecil B. DeMille"Wolking and his dad Frank, the DVD is ready for public consumption!

"Captured Alive" the CD features 15 songs and 11 introductions totaling 26 tracks on one Compact Disc. "Captured Alive DVD-the Rest of the Story" features 13 songs and 12 introductions totaling 25 tracks on the DVD. Here's the kicker. There are songs on the CD that are not on the DVD and there are songs on the DVD that are not on the CD. So, the obvious solution is for you to buy both!

Hold Fast

Hold Fast

"Many thanks for sending us a copy of your sparkling debut, "Hold Fast." I'm a good friend of Elaine Goldberg's and know if she's become your ally, then you all have got to be something special. She's absolutely right - you all have fire, passion and excitement in your singing that is simply captivating. I haven't heard this much feeling and emotion in songs in a long time. Plus, you've chosen some exquisite material to cover. I especially enjoyed "Texas Eagle" (it really rocks), "We Shall Meet" (absolutely gorgeous) and "Gone Away With A Friend." And, your cover of "By the Mark" is worth the price of admission by itself. You've got a stunning version of that tune."

"Thanks again for the sublime music. I'll be doing my best to insure that it gets airplay here in Nashville and in our other syndicated outlets."
